Amar and Prem are two day dreamers with a common aim of getting rich by marrying a rich heiress. They try to win the hand of the daughter of a multi-millionaire amidst considerable upheavals. Eventually, the two slackers competing for the affections of the heiress, inadvertently become her protectors from an evil criminal.
